Dear friends,To all of you a great blessed and creative year 2008. I have so great expectations for this year: I see a great time coming up in 2008 for Christian artists. They shall bring Gods message of compassion, love, life, healing and liberation from bondages to the world in a totally new way. Their influence in society will be so vast that its nature shall be changed. There will be a new awareness of justice and righteousness in society and many people will be saved by deliverance of bondages when they look at the works of art. Gods Spirit will be anchored in the art works and permanently influence those that are watching it or the place where it is staying through His power.
Right now God is building an army of artists who will influence society in a way never encountered. They will not be inward bound artists, but they will have a message to their environment, to society. They will produce a radical sound and image of deliverance and the greatness of the Lord Jesus. They will shake the foundations of society through their arts, foundations that were laid for years and years will be overthrown. Until now the arts are like a window that is corrupted and when looked through shows a view to bizarre, broken, twisted and perverse dark realms. Gods realm is one of love, peace, rest, balance, but also dynamic in an indescribable way. The Holy Spirit will give a new view to reality and He will show the artists. They will put it into images, statues, paintings, graphics, photography, new media, textile arts. Works of art will be visible witnesses of Gods reality they will witness through their images. If you are a christian artist the Lord will show you your works, He will show you topics, He will inspire you to divine artworks. Listen to His voice and become all that you are meant to be: a messenger of the Lord through the arts.
